1. Humane Link Annual Conference
   The Humane LINK Coalition presents a conference each year Creating a Humane Community: Investigation & Psychosocial Treatment of Animal Cruelty. Geared toward veterinarians, animal welfare and human service professionals and educators. In partnership, the event is being co-hosted by the ASU School of Social Work and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The conference objective is to support the efforts of community professionals in recognizing and intervening in the cycle of animal and human violence with the goal of forever breaking the chain of animal cruelty and human criminality.
   
2. Road Trip Nation
   What do you want to do with your life?
   A group of college students hit the road to seek out their own answers to this question. Along the way they met with individuals from all walks of life to learn how they got to where they are today, including: CEO of Jet Blue David Neeleman, Pam Gaber, Founder of Gabriel’s Angels, Comedian Wanda Sykes, and others. All of them shared where they were in there 20’s and how they stayed true to themselves while setting out to define their own roads in life.
